In order to understand your needs and get to know your organization, our team typically comes to meet you in your organization according to the following agenda;
- The customers’ Management Team presents the company, the objectives, and the challenges they face.
- Together with your Management, we visit your facility to establish a preliminary evaluation. This evaluation may include quantitative and qualitative elements, as well as your positioning in our benchmark relative to similar situations we have encountered.
- We will present the EASYORDO method as it applies to your situation.
This consultation is free and usually lasts about 4 to 5 hours. Only travel expenses will be billed.
The customers’ Management Team must be present for steps 1 and 3.
The proposal you receive after the initial consultation should provide you with the answers to most of your questions, and address your needs through the application of the EASYORDO method.
